I just hope Bob uses the snub (yet again) by the Russian coaching staff as motivation to excel his game, I find he was way better then Varly.

I agree, and I would think the other three would have a chip on their shoulder too. Nikitin and Tyutin played well over there, but people are pounding on them for the weak Russian defense. Anisimov was a non-factor over there, why I don't know, but if he has a fire lit under him here for 40 or so games good things will happen with the CBJ.

At this point, play Gaborik and see what he does. It is very hard to see what the CBJ can get back for him that helps us, and if he walks in the Summer we will spend the $$$ on someone else. My question about him is, what line does he play on? With Johansson and Horton, or Dubinsky and say Atkinson?

The Jenner-Johanson-Horton is amazing , they have really carried the load(and Jenner and Johanson are only 21 and 22) ..... I'm guessing he will play with Arty on the second with either Foligno or Umberger. Seeing they are former Rangers and all.

Jenner is actually 20 and Johansen is 21.

I'd like to see them play Gaborik with Foligno and Anisimov. I doubt they could recover much value by trading him, now, so I prefer seeing how he plays and try to entice him with a heavily incentive laden contract for next year. If he doesn't go for it, let him walk and use the money elsewhere.
